When Will My Order Arrive?

Orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days and arrive within 6-15 business days. You are given a tracking number via email once your order is shipped out.

Order Cancellation

Please be aware, once an order is processed and/or shipped, we can't cancel the order. However, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!

If the order hasn't shipped out, reach out to info@tryfemina.com or call (360) 529-3571 to see if it can be canceled immediately. We will let you know if it has already been processed. If not, your order can be cancelled and a refund will be issued.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Femina is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us on our contact page or support email and we will take care of the issue.
